The Code of Conduct

The Code of Conduct for registered migration agents is set out in legislation to regulate the conduct of registered migration agents in Australia. It prescribes their obligations towards their clients.

Under the code migration agents have a range of obligations covering, to name just a few :

Their interactions with their clients

• Their fees and charges, record keeping and financial management

• Their responsibilities toward other agents

• Any employees they may have

Every migration agent in Open World Immigration Services adheres to The Code of Conduct.
